Orders over $50 that are shipping to a US Address are eligible for free standard shipping. Please choose "free shipping" from the shipping choices when checking out. Priority, Express and International shipping are available for an additional charge.

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom purchase you may return it for a full refund (minus any shipping charges, if any) within 65 days of the original shipping date.
The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition.
The item being returned must have the jewelry tag attached.
Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
While we cannot accept returns, I will do everything in my power to fix any issues you may have with your order. I will do an exchange for size (additional charges may apply), or help with a font, or give a discount if you need to reorder something because of an error.
If WE made an error, I will replace the piece free of charge. And if, for some reason, you just absolutely do not like your item and want to return it, please contact me and we will work it out.
The 65 day return policy also applies to exchanges or issues with personalized and custom orders.

No! I stamp each letter one at a time - they will never be perfectly straight. There may be spacing variances, too. That's the "charm" of hand stamped jewelry! Each piece will be slightly different, making it one-of-a-kind.

It is natural for sterling silver to tarnish, especially if it is humid or if you haven't worn it in a while. The polishing pad you received with your order will do a great job of bringing back the shine.
The best way to keep your jewelry tarnish-free when you're not wearing it is to store it in a zip-loc type baggie with all the air squeezed out.
Copper and Brass naturally turn color as they are worn. We use raw copper and brass, and to reduce the possibility of allergic reactions, we do not treat them with any sort of sealant. Therefore, please be prepared for the metal to change color as it is worn - it's best to just go with it! The change in color will create an even more unique look.
Every piece comes in either a gift pouch (charms and key chains) or a gift box, so you are all set to go!
